Breaking news: Sowerby’s Beaked Whale in Germany

If I was in Europe I’d be on the first plane to Wismar, Germany where a Sowerby’s Beaked Whale is currently hanging around not far off shore and breaching regularly, so Mathieu from Germany tells me.

Would love to see photos if anyone tries for it

It’s still showing very well, so if anybody wants to try…

Gerald Broddelez saw her at the weekend. Has anyone else gone to Wismar?

Hi. In the comments section of the Video below, it says “Fr 09.10. still there!” so I guess it is still in the Wohlenberger Wiek of Wismar Bay.

The Internet platform for pictures (primary for Wildbirds) is a good Indikator for Sowerby’s beaked whale with regularly new photos.

By the way there is a video from a mobile, about the rescue on youtube!
