Priceless or Worthless – a hundred of the world’s most endangered species
This London Zoo/IUCN book is a sad – but interesting – read. There are a couple of Australian mammals that ought to feature in my opinion too, though its now almost certainly too late to do anything about the Christmas Island Pipistrelle which went extinct while the Australian government organised committees to decide what to do about it.
