Coke,
Excellent trip report as always. The photos are superb, especially the bongos (!). I have to find a way to get there.

And as far as the forest buffalo being a separate species, the new taxonomic recommendations from Groves et al suggests they are–although some of their ideas seem dubious at best. But that’s a topic for another day.
