Mexico and Guatemala
I just got back from a short trip to Yucatan and Guatemala. Nothing particularly exciting, but I had two sight records slightly outside the range maps shown in Fiona Reid’s excellent field guide to the area: Heteromys desmarensianus near Mahahual, Quintana Roo, and Sylvilagus floridanus in Kohunlich, Campeche. I’ll write a little update on Cozumel mammals later.
